I notice that his upper seat belt harness is attached to the mid point of a tube that goes up to the rear wing attachment cluster. The wall thickness of that tube is probably ont 0.035 inches. With the harness attached at that point, in the event of a frontal impact of the aircraft, that tube will fail and allow the pilot's face and upper body to move forward and impact other parts of the aircraft. The result will not be good. He should relocate the upper harness attachment point to the tubing cluster located at the bottom of the tube he presently has the upper harness attached to. - a Mechanical engineer

After watching him stumble around in the woods like that, and instead of just holding his rifle in position and letting a hog walk into "his" point of aim, he was swinging wildly at every hog that walked past. I also question if there was even a cap on the nipple of the rifle. But, the only way you learn is by getting out and by making a few mistakes along the way. Better luck next time.

I plan on building a legal eagle xl fuselage and mate it up with a foam core ribbed and aluminum construction affordaplane wing, I just dont like working with wood , I use to own a J3 kitten but never flew it, my question is how do you compare the legal eagle to a j3 kitten? since youve owned both? I like how you built your legal eagle. must have a wing tank, single on one side?
